HONORIA CONWAY AT ST. VINCENT'S HEATHER | Overview

Honoria Conway at St. Vincent's Heather is the first component of the Campus of Care and is due to be completed in Spring 2008.

There will be 60 one-bedroom Assisted Living apartments for seniors, with 20 units on each of three upper floors. There are also eight apartments for adults with disabilities in a separate part of the building that are not part of the Assisted Living program.

How do people access Honoria Conway at St. Vincent's Heather? Access into all subsidized Assisted Living is through Vancouver Coastal Health. If you live in Vancouver and do not presently have a Vancouver Coastal Health Case Manager, please contact the Central Intake for Home and Community Services, 604-263-7377, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 7:00pm, or go to: www.vch.ca/assisted
