Recreational Therapy
Recreational therapists work with psychiatric patients on leisure exploration and satisfaction, coping skills, community integration and awareness and enhanced socialization. Leisure education focuses on the importance of wellness and leisure in one's life for creative expression, friendship development, stress management and relaxation.
