Music Therapy
Music Therapy is the use of music as a therapeutic tool to restore, maintain and improve a client's mental, physical and emotional health. Accredited music therapists at PHC offer innovative and culturally sensitive health options for patients and residents in the Palliative Care, Eating Disorders, and Residential/Elder Care programs. In each case, the sensitive and scientific use of sound, music listening and music making are joined within a therapeutic relationship to support ongoing health and healing.
