Cystic Fibrosis Clinic - For Adults St. Paul's Hospital 8B Providence Building 1081 Burrard Street Vancouver BC V6Z 1Y6 Phone: (604) 806 8522 Fax: (604) 806 8122 The Adult Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Program provides care to adult CF patients throughout British Columbia, (except for patients living in parts of Vancouver Island who are followed by a separate CF team). The CF Program, using a multidisciplinary team approach, provides ongoing assessment and treatment to inpatients and outpatients. This team includes a Clinic Medical Director, Respiratory Physician, Psychiatrist, Clinic Nurse Coordinator, Physiotherapist, Dietitian, Social Worker and Clinic Secretary. Patients are seen on a regular basis, usually 3-4 times a year in the CF clinic. Outreach clinics in Kamloops are also conducted twice a year.
