2.	Where can I get information about a patient? If you know which site a patient has been admitted to, contact the site directly. At St. Paul's Hospital, you can direct-dial a patient from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week at 604-684-6532. The main Providence Healthcare switchboard can be reached at 604-806-9090. [ Close ]

3.	What are the hours for direct-dialing a patient at St. Paul's and Mount Saint Joseph? To reach a St. Paul's patient directly, call the patient telephone service at 604-684-6532 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. To reach a patient at Mount Saint Joseph, call (604) 874-1141. You will be transferred to the patient's line or the appropriate nursing station. [ Close ]

9.	How do I arrange a tour? Requests for tours from groups of nurses, doctors, students, etc. from overseas should be directed to Steve Kenny, Executive Director of CAMSI (Canadian Advanced Medical Services International) at 250-881-3622. 11.	How do I get permission to film? For permission to film or photograph at any site for professional use, please contact the Communications Department at 604-806-8022, or by paging 604-667-4397. Documentary film producers must submit a written synopsis about their project to Communications. If consent to film is given, a written agreement must be signed. [ Close ]
